Yea but most people find very difficult to get over the initial break-up,one who gets up this phase is the one who realizes that mending a break-up is entirely in his/her hand.Just need to follow good ebooks and consult with the right person.

Very difficult to do though.The initial break up is an emotional time and we don’t necessarily think or act rationally.
Try to take the time you need before acting on your emotions as you could make things worse. Be kind to yourself and give yourself the headspace to decide what you really want – Acting too quickly is usually a knee jerk reaction and not really the right thing for either of you.

i think it is a bad idea to cal ur ex or snd hm any messages they wud think u cnt live without them and wud take advantage of that.
